When have you seen the beauty of the Lord? Was it when you read one of His breathtaking promises from His Word? Was it when you realized how powerful His love is for you ... and nothing can ever change that? Was it when you held your newborn baby in your arms for the first time? And the second? And the third? Or perhaps you witnessed His indescribable beauty when you walked through the mountains with wild flowers all about you and enormous trees with brilliant boughs with sky above so blue you it left you speechless ... Was it during a worship service in a gathering with many voices mingling in oneness, bringing Him glory? Or were you on your face with tears pouring from your eyes, His mercy embracing you and His whispers very near you? When have you seen the beauty of the Lord?
"One thing I have desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in his temple." Psalm 27:4
