New Creation

In the beginning ... God created man on the sixth day ... (Friday)

At the cross ... Jesus died for man on the sixth day ...(Friday)

On the seventh day of creation (Saturday) ... God rested from His labors ...

On the seventh day Jesus rested (Saturday),
His body lay in the unopened tomb ...

On the first day of creation (Sunday), God said, "Let there be light" ...

And there was light so that there might be life on the earth ...

On the first day of the week (Sunday), Jesus, the Light, (John 1:1-7) rose from the dead so that we might have:

Light and Eternal Life ...

Victory over sin

Victory over death

And so that we might be:

New creations in Christ Jesus ...

Praise God for the Resurrection! Thank you, Jesus!
